Rob’s experience is varied, from senior positions in leading Gold Coast Law firms to management positions in the United Kingdom and General Counsel for a Top 100 ASX listed Funds Management and Financial Services company. Rob specialises in Litigation and Dispute Resolution, Insolvency and Family Law and is also passionate about Corporate Law and Property Law.

Rob is highly regarded as having a practical, passionate and innovative approach to the law which see’s him apply the same energy and professionalism to each of his clients, which include private and public companies, fund managers, body corporates, property developers, real estate agents, construction companies, insolvency practitioners, finance companies and small business owners.

Ben Marino

Ben Marino has a wealth of experience in property, commercial, business and succession law and has been practicing on the Gold Coast since 2002, after being admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and Queensland. Ben is also admitted to the Solicitors Board in England and Wales and practiced in London for approximately four years as a property law specialist for GE Money, a division of General Electric.

Ben’s vast clientele includes large national corporations, property developers, retail and commercial centres, small to medium enterprises and family business owners and individuals. His underlying focus for all clients is to apply his technical and broad experience to guide them through the myriad of legal and compliance issues that may arise and through prudent planning and strategy, ensure optimal outcomes are obtained.

Clare Quinn

Clare Quinn is an Associate at Marino Law who practices primarily in the areas family law, commercial litigation and estate disputes.

Clare was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2008 and the High Court of Australia in 2009. 

After finishing her secondary school education at St Hilda’s School Southport, Clare studied a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Sociology and Psychology at the University of New England before attending Bond University on the Gold Coast where she attained a Bachelor of Laws in 2008. 

Since commencing her career in family law at a leading Gold Coast family law firm in 2007, Clare has continued to develop her passion and extensive experience in this area.

Clare has a wealth of experience representing clients in a wide range of both property and parenting matters, with a particular interest in property matters involving complex investment structures and children’s matters involving relocation and child support.

Clare’s clients include individuals, small businesses, larger corporations and other professionals. She prides herself on exceeding client expectations and delivering results.

Clare is a proud Gold Coast local and in her spare time enjoys water sports, spending time with her family and friends, playing various musical instruments and reading.

Clare is a member of the Queensland Law Society and follows both of her parents into law.

Andrew Taylor

Andrew Taylor is an Associate at Marino Law within its property law division and its litigation division.

In 2005, Andrew obtained both his Law Degree and Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from Bond University.  In 2006, Andrew was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland. Post admission, Andrew has gained valuable experience working for medium sized firms on the Gold Coast.

Andrew specialises in several areas of law. Broadly speaking, Andrew’s primary areas of practice include property law, corporate law, insolvency (both corporate and personal), litigation and dispute resolution.

Andrew is technically focused with a commercial attitude. This sees him regularly consulted by clients to manage risk and provide timely and practical advice for achieving successful outcomes on their behalf.

Andrew has acted for institutional, corporate and private individual clients in a variety of transactional and disputed matters - including both litigated and non-litigated disputes. Andrew has appeared in all Courts in Queensland.

Andrew is also a Mediator accredited by the Queensland Law Society under the Australian National Mediator Standards and is available as an independent Mediator in disputed transactions. Whether it is inside or outside the courtroom, Andrew’s skills as both a Solicitor and a Mediator make him a formidable asset to his clients.

Originally from Adelaide, Andrew is also a keen fisherman who enjoys sailing and a variety of water-sports such as swimming, surfing, snorkelling and water skiing.
