Aleisha is an Associate at Marino Law in its litigation division.
Aleisha graduated from the Australian National University with Honours and was subsequently admitted as a solicitor of the ACT Supreme Court in 2010.
Having practiced predominantly in commercial litigation on the Gold Coast since 2013, Aleisha has developed a keen interest in commercial and contractual disputes, building and construction litigation, property disputes, estate litigation, body corporate and community management disputes and varied complex personal and corporate insolvency matters.
During that time, Aleisha has been involved in matters ranging from minor debt disputes to multi-million dollar Supreme Court litigation.
Aleisha provides practical and straightforward advice to her clients with a view to achieving a commercial outcome regardless of the complexity of the matter. Aleisha has a genuine passion for assisting her clients and recognises the importance of their involvement throughout the matter by ensuring her client’s objectives are recognised and advanced at every stage of the matter.
When Aleisha is not in the office, she enjoys going to the beach and spending time with her friends and family.
