Rachael is a Senior Associate at Marino Law within its family law division.
After completing the Legal Profession Admission Board examinations in early 2002 Rachael was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales on 23 August 2002.
Having been born and educated in Newcastle, New South Wales, Rachael commenced work as a legal clerk in 1999 at a Newcastle law firm in the area of personal injury.
Following her admission as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales Rachael practiced in the areas of personal injury law, worker’s compensation, victim’s compensation and family law within several Newcastle based multi-disciplinary practices.
Rachael has worked exclusively in Family Law since 2007, both within boutique family law firms and as Principal Solicitor after completing her Legal Practice Management Course in 2012.
