Andrew Taylor is a Senior Associate at Marino Law within its property law division and its litigation division.
In 2005, Andrew obtained both his Law Degree and Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from Bond University. In 2006, Andrew was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland. Post admission, Andrew has gained valuable experience working for medium sized firms on the Gold Coast.
Andrew specialises in several areas of law. Broadly speaking, Andrew’s primary areas of practice include property law, corporate law, insolvency (both corporate and personal), litigation and dispute resolution.
Andrew is technically focused with a commercial attitude. This sees him regularly consulted by clients to manage risk and provide timely and practical advice for achieving successful outcomes on their behalf.
Andrew has acted for institutional, corporate and private individual clients in a variety of transactional and disputed matters – including both litigated and non-litigated disputes. Andrew has appeared in all Courts in Queensland.
Andrew is also a Mediator accredited by the Queensland Law Society under the Australian National Mediator Standards and is available as an independent Mediator in disputed transactions. Whether it is inside or outside the courtroom, Andrew’s skills as both a Solicitor and a Mediator make him a formidable asset to his clients.
Originally from Adelaide, Andrew is also a keen fisherman who enjoys sailing and a variety of water-sports such as swimming, surfing, snorkelling and water skiing.
