Marino Law is excited to announce the promotion of Marius Eden to Partner after leading the Family Law team for the past two years.
Since commencing with the firm as Special Counsel in January 2022, Marius’s experience in dealing with complex property and parenting matters has assisted greatly in developing the skill set and collaborative approach of Marino Law’s family law team.
Marino Law Managing Partner, Rob Marino, said Marius’s experience and empathetic and measured approach to practice in an extremely emotionally challenging area of law is what appeals mostly to his clients.
“Marius is always available and responsive to his clients’ needs and this affords them great comfort,” Mr Marino said.

Marius, who holds a Bachelor of Law, Bachelor of Commerce and Masters of Law, is a nationally accredited mediator and an Accredited Specialist in Family Law. He joins previously promoted Partners, Andrew Taylor and Mark Steele.
With a combined experience across the team of in excess of 150 years, the firm now has two Accredited Specialists at Partner level.
“We are fortunate that we have Marius as an Accredited Specialist as head of our family law division as well as Mark Steele, who is an Accredited Specialist in commercial litigation and heads up our litigation and dispute resolution division,” Mr Marino said.
