Shaun’s practice areas extend to all areas of commercial litigation, including company law, banking and finance, credit law, consumer law, contractual and property law disputes (including intellectual property), estate matters as well as employment law and administrative and constitutional law.
He enjoys a particular focus on insolvency related matters, both corporate and personal, and has experience acting for major banks and other creditors in bringing applications for the winding-up of companies and private individuals’ trusts’ insolvent estates, and for liquidators and trustees in post-liquidation litigation.
