Prior to commencing her legal career, Chloe attended Southern Cross University by obtaining a Bachelor of Nursing and worked for a number of years a Registered Nurse specialising in Coronary Care.
Thereafter, Chloe completed her Juris Doctor Degree at Bond University with the primary focus of specialising in Family Law upon admission to the Legal Profession.
In practice, Chloe has a particular interest in complex property settlements, advising on high risk parenting cases and relocation matters that arise upon the breakdown domestic relationships.
Separate to Family Law, Chloe is an accredited domestic violence duty lawyer with experience in representing both aggrieved and respondents in all States and Territories throughout Australia.
Whilst Chloe’s key focus is adopting a commercially minded approach to all relationship breakdowns, Chloe works closely with her clients by implementing parenting arrangements and formalising property settlements which meet their particular interests or needs.
When not in the office, you’ll find Chloe at the beach with her family or traveling in her quest for new experiences.
