After an extremely successful year, Marino Law has moved up on the prestigious Doyles List from Recommended to Third Tier of Family and Divorce Lawyers for 2018.
Released at the beginning of this month, the Doyles List has, in addition, named the firm’s Family Law partner Abbi Golightly as a Recommended lawyer for Gold Coast Family and Divorce Lawyers, an honour only bestowed upon a handful of practitioners.
Marino Law managing partner Rob Marino said he was extremely proud of the firm’s achievements and was looking forward to another busy year for the Family Law division.
“Hopefully, 2019 will see us move up to Second Tier or even First,” he said.
Ms Golightly said she was honoured to again be named on the Doyles List, which is released in December each year following online peer-based surveys, as well as interviews with clients, peers and relevant industry bodies.
“We work hard for our clients at Marino Law, but it’s still amazing that my industry peers think so highly of the work we do to name us on such a respected and esteemed list,” she said.
With 14-years’ experience working in family law, Ms Golightly is one of only a handful of lawyers on the Gold Coast who have attained the Queensland Law Society Accredited Specialist (Family Law) status.
Marino Law has also boosted its Family Law division with the appointment of new solicitor Asmara Tesfa.
Ms Tesfa, who has been practising exclusively in family law since 2014, said she was excited about working with Marino Law.
“I’m really looking forward to this new challenge in such an exciting and dynamic firm as Marino Law,” she said.
